PLWHA Advisory Group Membership Any person living with HIV/AIDS, or who is the parent of a minor with HIV/AIDS, and who resides in one of the five boroughs of New York City (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island) can participate in the PLWHA Advisory Group. Approximately 50 to 60 PLWHAs attend the meeting each month. A separate PLWHA Advisory Group meets in Tri-county region (Putnam, Rockland, and Westchester) of the Eligible Metropolitan Area. |
