Rules and Membership The Rules and Membership Committee shall consist of no fewer than six (6) Planning Council members. The Rules and Membership Committee shall be responsible for drafting recommendations for any amendments or modifications to the Bylaws, according to the provisions in Article X herein. The Rules and Membership Committee shall solicit and receive nominations for officers as outlined in Section 1 of Article V and prepare ballots for all elections that include the slate of candidates nominated for each office and all other candidates duly nominated and eligible for the election. No member of the Rules and Membership Committee may hold any position as an officer during his or her tenure on the committee. The Rules and Membership Committee shall, at the request of the Planning Council, make recommendations to the planning Council on any issue involving the interpretation of these Bylaws. |
