Access to Care The Access to Care subcommittee describes services needed to ensure access to quality HIV-related primary care and supportive services. It is charged with describing services that will address needs identified by the Needs Assessment Committee. In 2005, the Access to Care Sub-committee was folded into the Integration of Care Committee.
